the plumb is a 2,000 sq. ft. project space located in Tkaronto/Toronto. Our space includes two large galleries, an atrium, two single-user gender-neutral washrooms, and several intervening rooms and alcoves.

We are physically located at 1655 Dufferin Street, at the southeast corner of Dufferin Street and St. Clair Avenue West. Our front door is just down the alley between Chakra Circle and D’Orio and Associates Eye Care, on the south side of the alleyway.

the plumb is housed in a basement with gallery access only available via a landing and a 10-step staircase (with a handrail). We regret that this poses difficulties for those with physical disabilities. However, we are committed to making our exhibition materials accessible to a wider audience than our space permits by providing alternative models such as photographic documentation, video, and transcripts via our website.

Please email us for additional documentation if you would like to view our shows, but have accessibility needs that our space doesn’t meet.
